In this e course we will introduce you to the concept of the law of attraction and how it can be used to help you to release weight.  We will explore why we should aim to release rather than lose weight and what the difference is.  
The law of attraction is a universal principle that states that you attract to you what you are. "Like attracts like." The law of attraction states that you create your reality through the power of your thoughts and feelings.
Your thoughts create your feelings and beliefs, your beliefs create your attitudes, and your attitudes influence and shape your actions.  So, if you can control your thoughts you can influence major change in your life.  
This e-course will explore:
1. How the law of attraction can be used to help you release weight
2. Using the law of attraction to attract what you want
3. Staying positive even when times are tough
4. Your weight journey, how to stay relaxed
5. Keeping your promises to yourself
We'll introduce you to a range of tools such as gratitude, mindfulness, intuition and journalling to set intentions for weight release and stay focused.
