While the recipes in this book do serve between 4-6 people we have included these recipes so you may freeze leftovers to reduce the number of times you have to cook. 
Otherwise, you can invite friends over for a meal.
Or simply halve or quarter the ingredients if you'd like just the one meal.
The recipes inside include smoothie, granola bar recipes as well as starters, mains and desserts.
