Healing After a Break-Up Meditation

Breaking up with someone or being broken up with will always be a pain that cuts deeper than we ever anticipated, especially if you are the one that was broken-up with.
If prior to the break-up, you had high hopes for the future of your relationship, then you can expect your level of pain and suffering post break-up to match your level of hope.
So just like the chemical reaction of prescription medication on your body, your break-up will have the equal and opposite reaction on your emotions, so the more hope you felt the more grief you will experience.
Unlike the benefits of prescription medication on physical pain, unfortunately, there is no such prescription to take away the emotional pain of a break-up.
That is except for the unmistakable effects of meditation which can be the best form of medication for our emotions.
