Do This When You Feel Frustrated

Give in, allow frustration to find a home, temporarily, in your mind and body.

Breathe it in, acknowledge its presence.

Then a marvellous thing happens, the frustration dissolves into nothingness.

By doing this little technique we’ve essentially deprived the frustration of oxygen and are back in flow mode.

For those who don’t know what flow is, it is the frame of mind where you allow yourself “to go with the flow”.

Let’s explore this further.

Flow helps keep things light. When we are in flow we become like the branches of a tree. We become malleable and easy going. We’re in a take it or leave it attitude.

Combine being in flow with a clear vision of what we want to manifest, and we are unstoppable.

In flow, we experience synchronicities, the things we want to manifest start showing up. Money, people, opportunities and more.

It’s the practice of “allowing” that calls our visions forth.

Allowing is being in flow.

When we are super chilled with where we are in this moment and are open to what’s next, magic happens.

It requires faith that the Universe will take care of you.

The Universe always has your back, just let go and flow.

You might just get to where you want to go quicker and with little stress.

I love that saying, “I can imagine my dream, but God can imagine it better”.
